It depends on the service. Prototypes are usually ready in 24 to 72 hours. Scale models, batch production and tooling-based manufacturing take longer and are confirmed with a timeline when we quote. We'll always give you a realistic date upfront.

Do you sign an NDA before seeing my design?

Yes, as standard, before we open any file or scan any part. Your design and data stay confidential throughout the project.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We take on single prototypes as well as production runs up to 1,00,000 units. Whether you need one part or a thousand, we quote based on what you actually need, not a fixed minimum.

Can you handle both one-off parts and larger production runs?

Yes. Many clients start with a prototype, move to a small batch once the design is verified, and then scale into full contract manufacturing, all with us and without changing suppliers.

Most clients only need one service, but we can also take a project from a sketch through to a finished production part without you needing another vendor.

That's fine. We regularly start from a sketch, a photograph, a physical sample, or just a verbal description. Our design team can build a production-ready model from any of these.
